Lunch: I went to a local teriyaki place, got sautéed veggies, their asian side salad and got a combo of chicken, steak and pork teriyaki. Now, the sauce has sugar in it, so that is not ideal, but there were no white carbs and a ton of protein and veggies.
I am getting into the OCCAM PROTOCOL muscle gain part of my routine and the book is obsessive about keeping protein levels extremely high so that your muscles can build during the resting days.
