One of the sure fire ways to develop the best abs in the most efficient way, according to the book, is to do only two types of ab workouts. I have included the pics to the one I have been doing, I opted to not plagiarize the text as I am sure taking these pictures are enough for some sort of copyright infringement! This one is such a killer. I have done a variation of this before, but with the instructions in the book, my stomach was on fire for days after ... that is a great feeling, but horrible when it hurts to laugh. :)
