That means no bread (white/wheat), oatmeal, pasta, tortillas, rice (white/brown), cereal, chips, anything deep fried in a batter.
#2 Don't Drink Your Calories
No milk, no soda (regular/diet), no excessive alcohol. 2 glasses of red wine or straight hard alcohol are acceptable.
#3 No Fruit
That is right, no fresh fruit, no frozen fruit, no fruit juice. All fruit does is turn into bad sugar and the vitamins you get from them you can get elsewhere. According to the book serious olympic trainers and athletes have avoided fruit for decades, but the rest of the population is behind.
#4 Eat the Same Few Meals Over and Over Again
Most grocery stores have 47,000 items, yet, only a handful actually keep you from getting fat. Stick with Proteins, Legumes (beans), and Vegetables.
#5 Take One Day Off A Week
Go nuts, don't count one calorie, eat a dozen donuts followed by a large pizza washed down with a keg of beer! This rule is not just to keep people interested, apparently the weekly one day spike in glucose is necessary for weight loss. This day is required to keep the body from shutting down into starvation mode.
